Dear Owner,I visited your shop today to deliver my smart tv for repair. I have an issue with (55inch Samsung) my smart tv screen its getting black, before visiting I personally called and the person who attended the call he clearly mentioned following:1. They can’t visit to take TV we need to bring TV to their shop then they will check and advise the repair charges.2. He asked me whats the problem I responded that TV screen is black and picture is not visible/not showing when we switch on TV .3. As per my feedback he responded minimum charges will be AED 250/- or it could be more after checking he will advise us.I am perfectly alright with above and I followed given adviceAs per his advise I loaded the such big (55inch Samsung) TV in my car and followed the location as per google and reached to the shop( location on google is not correct please correct the location). Now he supposed to check the TV and advise the repair cost but surprisingly the person says he can’t advise now he need minimum three days to check the TV and then he will advise what exactly the problem and its repair charges and top of it gentleman says please don’t trouble us and trouble yourself now you may go we will call you after three days also, same person keep saying this repair is very difficult we cannot figure out it will take significant time there are thousands of bulbs we need to check which bulb has the problem etc., If you cannot check the TV and advise the repair charges and you need minimum 03 days then you should mention same before customer visits you.The way you people talk with the customer is not polite at all and this comment based on my today’s experience with you people and also, using such impolite words like “don’t trouble us you may go now” , I think its not acceptable to any customer. Also, a polite advise please attend one customer at one time do not attend two customers at same time. Respect to customer, polite conversation, clarity in information, good advice to customer, fulfilling giving word/commitment etc., are very important for any successful business if you are impolite with your customer then he will never ever want to visit you again.I never thought I will have this kind of experience I don’t know what kind of experience you people had in pastI visit for TV repair it’s a simple transactionCustomer visit the shop, technician check the TV and advise the issue and repair chargesCustomer agree or disagreeIf agree transaction will progress to next stageIf customer disagree with the cost then transaction do not progress to next level thats itI am positively hoping I will have better and good experience in my next visit from your staff then I may change my ratings. My first visit experience as per above at the moment I can give only for one star.Thanks

I have an good experience from this team. My old desktop has been repaired,, changed the Hard drive to SSD and recovered data got it back in good & faster working condition. Many thanks to al Andhima team.

They had repaired my laptop without replacing any part even thought the common diagnosis was that I need to replace the Hard Disk, they were also very decent when I reached the shop late to fetch my laptop and they were already closed, I called them and someone come and opened the shop specially for me to collect my laptop.

WOW Service! I would rate it with 6 stars! I just gave them my broken laptop to estimate repair price. Due to broken hinge I couldnt open it and close, it wasnt usable at all! After I got total repair price I cancelled it. Their prices, actually, lower than anywhere else, but that was my decision to cancel it. So when I came back to take it I was surprised, because they fixed my hinge without asking, so I could keep using it!!! Just because they wanted to help. Thats what I call Hight Service! They want to help you without taking all of your money. Amazing guys. Highly recommended!

Don’t go there, Would give zero if possible, contacted them for a TV 📺 repair, they confirmed they can fix it, brought to shop then they have taken no action, no invoice for receiving, not fixed after a week, calling them no answer.

I needed to have my screen replaced of mac book pro and I am so glad that I went with Al Andhima ! They were very prompt and friendly - the whole experience was simple and straightforward.
